I’m getting too many, how do I delay it?
No problem, log into your account and head to Subscriptions. Click Manage Subscription on whichever product is arriving too frequently! From there you can change your Subscription Frequency. Reach out to Support and we’d be happy to help.
I really want to swap my flavor, how do I do that?
No problem, log into your account and head to Subscriptions. Click Manage Subscription on whichever product you’d like to swap! From there you can click on the product, choose the flavor you want to swap to, and Save! Reach out to Support, and we’d be happy to help.
I’ll be out of the country this month, how do I delay my next processing date?
No problem, log into your account and head to Subscriptions. Click Manage Subscription on whichever product you’d like to delay! From there you can click on “Next box ships on,” choose whichever next processing date you’d like, and Save! Reach out to Support and we’d be happy to help.
What if I have a seasonal flavor on my subscription?
Welcome to the Seasonal Subscription Family! If the seasonal flavor isn’t available during your next shipment, we’ll choose a popular, new flavor for you which you can change anytime.
What if I want to cancel?
No problem, cancel any time, but we’ll miss you!
