The return postmark deadline for all items is seven days after the purchase date. All products being returned must be brand-new, unopened, and still have their original tags and labels on them. We must receive the return within 30 days from the date you originally purchased the item, for the refund to be valid.
To return an item, send an email to customer care at support@justmeatjerky.com with your full name, address, order number, and the reason why you would like to return the item, and send the product physically with a note of your order ID to:
We will be more than pleased to process it for you once we receive all the necessary information and have verified that the goods have been returned in brand new condition.
Orders being returned due to cancellation or accidental orders may be subject to a restocking fee of 15% of the order value.
